FRESNO, California, Aug. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on Aug. 26, 2024:
Fresno medical provider Young Sam Kim has agreed to pay the United States $850,000 to resolve allegations that he violated the False Claims Act by fraudulently billing the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for health care services that were not in fact provided, U.S. Attorney Phillip A.
