Today, pursuant to her authority as acting Governor under the Colorado Constitution, Article IV, Sec. 13, the Lieutenant Governor appointed Dayna L. Vise to the 11th Judicial District Court. The vacancy is created by the retirement of the Honorable Lynette M. Wenner, and the appointment is effective October 1, 2024.
