CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 22 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces the resolution of a Civil Rights Act enforcement action filed against Hayden Anderson in Coos County Superior Court through a negotiated consent decree.
On August 15, 2024, the Court approved that consent decree and found that Mr. Anderson violated the victims' civil rights when he trespassed upon their prope . . .
