BOSTON, Massachusetts, Aug. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release:
The former owner of a now-defunct luxury home building business in West Springfield was sentenced yesterday for conspiring to defraud the United States and creating false documents to help one of his clients obtain a mortgage.
