RENO, NV Last week, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) attended the ribbon cutting for Reno Housing Authority's Dick Scott Manor, which will provide housing for low-income and homeless veterans. This new development is part of the Home Means Nevada Initiative, which was created thanks to $500 million from the American Rescue Plan Act that Senator Rosen helped pass.
