WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release on Aug. 19, 2024:

After getting slammed last week for her record of voting against lower prescription drug costs while taking nearly $200,000 from the drug industry, Mariannette Miller-Meeks is doubling down.

Miller-Meeks is falsely calling it a "gimmick" that the Inflation Reduction Act lowers the cap for out-of-pocket prescription drugs from $3,300 to $2, . . .
