LINCOLN, Nebraska, Aug. 20 -- Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers issued the following news release on Aug. 19, 2024:
Today, Attorney General Mike Hilgers joined the U.S. Justice Department's lawsuit against Live Nation-Ticketmaster for monopolization and other unlawful conduct in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and the Nebraska antitrust laws.
