BILLINGS, Montana, Aug. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana issued the following news release:
The U.S. Attorney's Office recently recovered approximately $700,000 for victims of a Kalispell man who defrauded investors in a multi-million-dollar scheme involving oil and gas leases and artwork, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said today.
The defendant, John Kevin Moore, also known and Kevin Moore, of Kalispell, was convicted in August 2018 . . .
