N.H. U.S. Attorney: Florida Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Defraud Medicare of $39.5 Million

CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire issued the following news release:

A Florida man pleaded guilty today in federal court in Concord for his role in a conspiracy to defraud Medicare of $39.5 million, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
