WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
CHICAGO (August 15, 2024) - Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has ordered Menard Inc. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to immediately stop the sale and distribution of unregistered pesticides in violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
EPA issued the order to prevent further sale and distribution of two products, "Antimicrobial Filter" . . .
