LANSING, Michigan, Aug. 14 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Aug. 13, 2024:
The deadline by which counties and local municipalities must register for payments from the $1.2 billion national Kroger settlement has been extended to Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel urges local governments who have not yet enrolled in the settlement to complete and submit their participation paperwork by this new deadline. . . .
