POCATELLO, Idaho, Aug. 13 -- Idaho State University issued the following news:
Idaho State University is proud to announce the establishment of the Mike and Luci B. Willits Leadership Scholarship. This generous endowment will provide an annual $1,000 scholarship to a full-time ISU student who is actively participating in student government or the Bengal newspaper staff. Preference will be given to students from Jefferson County, Idaho, and students from rural Idaho.
