NEW YORK, Aug. 3 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of lenders consisting of Ceska sporitelna, a.s., Raiffeisenbank a.s. and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. on the up to CZK 150 million and Euros123 million financing and refinancing of capital expenditures and acquisition costs for C-energy, a Czech multi-source electricity and heat producer.
