TAMPA, Florida, Aug. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Michael Wayne Burroughs (46, Jacksonville) has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of pure or actual methamphetamine. Burroughs faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
