WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV) joined his bipartisan colleagues in introducing the James R. Dominguez Memorial Act. This legislation would rename the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint on U.S. Highway 90 West in Uvalde County, Texas, after James Ray Dominguez, a Border Patrol agent killed on duty on July 19, 2012, while clearing debris from the side of Highway 90 near Cline, Texas.
