Today, United States Representatives Jimmy Panetta (D-CA) and Carol Miller Miller (R-WV) introduced the bipartisan Strengthening Cooperation and Security in the Middle East Act which would require a study on the benefits of the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (CSIPA) and how the framework can be altered to entice other countries to join.
