READI Funds to Create Central Gathering Hub in Avon

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, July 25 -- The Indiana Economic Development Corp. issued the following news release:

AVON, Ind. (July 24, 2024) - The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) joined local and regional officials in Avon today to break ground on Easton Grey, a new mixed-use development that will create a central hub and bring housing, commercial development and amenities to central Indiana residents.
