UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania, July 24 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news:
A longtime volunteer with decades of broadcast experience will be the new host of Morning Edition on WPSU-FM.
Sally J. Sherman, a Penn State journalism graduate, has been hired to take over morning duties at the station from Mel DeYoung, who retired earlier this month after hosting Morning Edition for 13 years. Morning Edition airs from 5 to 9 a.m. each weekday on WPSU-F . . .
