What you need to know: One of the flagship projects of California's efforts to build a more efficient, sustainable and resilient supply chain broke ground today at the Port of Long Beach. The new facility is expected to greatly expand the port's freight rail capacity while eliminating more than 5 million tons of pollution each year.
