SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, July 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah issued the following news release on July 18, 2024:
During a two-day trial, a federal jury convicted a Weber County man today with firearm and drug crimes, including drug trafficking in the District of Utah.
According to court documents and the evidence presented at trial, Marc Allen Davis, 52, of Ogden, Utah, is a twice convicted felon restricted from possessing firearms or ammun . . .
