TULSA, Oklahoma, July 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release on July 19, 2024:
Today, U.S. District Judge John F. Heil, III, sentenced Arnold Dean Howell, Jr., 31, of Sapulpa, to 360 months imprisonment for Second Degree Murder in Indian Country. Howell is ordered to serve five years of supervised release following release from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
