BUFFALO, New York, July 19 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Buffalo District issued the following news release:
Lt. Col. Robert Burnham, a Beaufort, South Carolina native and a veteran of the Afghanistan war, assumed command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District on July 18.
Burnham will lead the district's more than 300 team members, responsible for projects in 16 commercial and 19 recreational Great Lakes harbors, leadership of the Radiological Waste . . .
