AUSTIN, Texas, July 19 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following news:
New funding just announced from the CHIPS and Science Act will create 2,000 jobs in Sherman, supporting GlobalWafers' North Texas semiconductor manufacturing site.
Sen. John Cornyn helped pass the bipartisan bill providing these funds. So did Rep. Colin Allred.
But Ted Cruz voted no.
From securing our border, to lowering drug costs, to investing in Texas jobs and in . . .
