OFFUTT AFB, Nebraska, July 18 -- The U.S. Air Force Offutt Air Force Base (55th Air Wing) issued the following news:

The 557th Weather Wing held a change of command ceremony July 2, 2024, at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
Col. Joseph D. Coughlin assumed command and Col. Bradley J. Stebbins relinquished command in a ceremony officiated by Lt. Gen. Kevin Kennedy, Sixteenth Air Force, Air Forces Cyber commander.
