Pallone Condemns Republican Plan to Defund Amtrak by 12%

WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:

LONG BRANCH, NJ Congressman Frank Pallone Jr. (D-New Jersey) today sharply criticized House Republicans' proposal to cut Amtrak funding by 12% in the Fiscal Year 2025 Transportation Appropriations bill.
