WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Rep. Jennifer McClellan, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:

Richmond, VA Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) presented YWCA Richmond with a $1,666,279 check to support the organization's services for domestic violence survivors.
