BLUEFIELD, West Virginia, July 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on July 15, 2024:
Austin Pannell, 27, of Bluefield, was sentenced today to nine years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl.
