Following the Supreme Court's ruling in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville's (R-AL) joined U.S. Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) and 17 Senate colleagues in launching a major effort to remove legislative authority from administrative agencies and place it back where it belongs: Congress.
