HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 13 -- The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission issued the following news release on July 11, 2024:
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) today voted to suspend and investigate a proposed water rate increase by the City of Lock Haven Water Department (Lock Haven).
