WASHINGTON, July 12 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Today, Senator Thom Tillis announced a $242 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation to go towards the replacement of the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge in Wilmington. All funding comes directly from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) which Senator Tillis helped negotiate, write, and pass into law.
