BOONE, North Carolina, July 12 -- Appalachian Voices issued the following news release:
A 54-mile methane gas pipeline and compressor stations are planned to cut through parts of North Carolina and Virginia in a project called the Southeast Supply Enhancement Project, also known as the Transco Pipeline Expansion.
Landowners, concerned citizens and others who could be impacted by this project are invited to attend a public information session to connect with other commun . . .
