The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) invites customers of Park Water and Apple Valley Ranchos (Liberty Utilities) to Public Forum on the utilities' rate cases. This is an opportunity for customers to communicate directly with the CPUC regarding the revenue and rate base changes that the utilities propose in their rate case applications.
