NEWARK, New Jersey, July 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on July 11, 2024:

A Middlesex County, New Jersey, man was arrested for allegedly soliciting another individual to destroy energy facilities, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland and U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger of the District of New Jersey announced today.
