Today, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) escalated pressure on the Biden Administration to fix its flawed proposed rules for the 45V clean hydrogen production tax credit, which threaten the viability of the Appalachian Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub. The proposed rule lacks the flexibility needed to grow this vital industry and disadvantages using natural gas to produce hydrogen putting Ohio's progres . . .
