WASHINGTON, July 11 -- Rep. Timothy Burchett, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) voted in favor of H.J.Res. 165, which would overturn a Biden administration rule that would cover men who identify as women under Title IX of the Civil Rights Act. Rep. Burchett is an original cosponsor of the bill.
