JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, Texas, July 11 -- The U.S. Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center issued the following news:

The Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center welcomed its new Air Force Services Center commander July 10 and said farewell to outgoing commander Col. Carolyn Ammons.
