WASHINGTON, July 10 -- The Democratic Governors Association issued the following news:
Today, Mark Robinson made a scene in the North Carolina state legislative building when he refused to answer questions about his dangerous and violent remarks, where he declared: "Some folks need killing!" and "It's time for somebody to say it. It's not a matter of vengeance. It's not a matter of being mean or spiteful. It's a matter of necessity!"
