WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik voted in favor of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, legislation she cosponsored, which strengthens current law that permits only U.S. citizens to vote in federal elections.
