As both First Lady Jill Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris campaign in North Carolina this week, the North Carolina Republican Party (NCGOP) calls on Democrat candidate for Governor Josh Stein to tell the people of North Carolina where he stands on President Joe Biden's fitness for office and his status as the Democrat Party's presumptive nominee for President.
