Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) today introduced the Illegal Offender Registry Act alongside U.S. Reps. Anthony D'Esposito (NY-4), Mike Lawler (NY-17), and Brandon Williams (NY-22). The bill was introduced in response to recent tragedies in which one innocent 15-year old girl in the Capital Region was sexually assault by an illegal immigrant and another 21 year-old girl in Central New York was brutal . . .
