HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 4 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release on July 3, 2024:
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives today passed comprehensive transportation-related legislation (H.B. 2301) that includes language from a bill sponsored by state Rep. Jose Giral, D-Phila., that would allow recipients of the Borinqueneers Congressional Gold Medal to apply for special state license plates designating their vehicles as belonging to honored vet . . .
