CHARLESTON, West Virginia, July 3 -- West Virginia State Treasurer Riley Moore issued the following news release on July 2, 2024:
State Treasurer Riley Moore, who serves as Chairman of the Hope Scholarship Board, today announced that the Hope Scholarship Program has met state law requirements for opening up to all school-age children residing in West Virginia beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year.
