BOLTON, Mississippi, July 3 -- Rep. Bennie G. Thompson, D-Mississippi, issued the following news release:
The Office of Representative Bennie Thompson is pleased to announce the awarding of a grant from the Department of Transportation for the City of Belzoni, MS. The FY24 AIG Grant has been allocated to the Belzoni Municipal Airport in the amount of $172,000.
This grant will support the installation of 50 feet of perimeter fencing and one entrance gate to bring the air . . .
