TOPEKA, Kansas, July 3 -- The Kansas Supreme Court issued the following news release on July 2, 2024:
The Supreme Court filed Administrative Order 2024-RL-061 yesterday, which reinstates a requirement that courts process filed documents within four business hours.
The processing requirement in Supreme Court Rule 23(c)(2) was suspended following the October 12 cybersecurity incident that impacted Kansas courts.
