LEXINGTON, Virginia, July 3 -- Virginia Military Institute issued the following news:
Gov. Glenn Youngkin has appointed Quintin Elliott '85, Clifford Foster '93, William R. Janis '84, and reappointed Kate Comerford Todd to four-year terms on the VMI Board of Visitors.
Elliott lives in Urbanna, Virginia, where he is owner and CEO of QE2 Consulting, LLC. He received a civil engineering degree from VMI and served in the Virginia Air National Guard from 1986 to 2008. He ser . . .
