HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 3 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release on July 2, 2024:
State Rep. Jim Prokopiak's bill that would stimulate the economy and create jobs by increasing the Historic Preservation Tax Credit passed the Pennsylvania House of Representatives today.
House Bill 2358 would raise the annual limit of the Historic Preservation Tax Credit from the current $5 million to a new cap of $20 million, starting in 2025.
