BISMARCK, North Dakota, July 2 -- The North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party issued the following news release on July 1, 2024:
Today all six of the Republican appointed Supreme Court justices ruled that a President of the United States has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for all official acts taken while in office. The three justices appointed by Democrats dissented.
