In June 2024, it was announced that William Sharpe, professor of English, was awarded a Fermor Fellowship.
The prestigious residency fellowship will begin in the fall at the Leigh Fermor House. During this fellowship, Sharpe will work on his newest project, Forging Ahead: Walking, Writing and the Making of Memories.
