WASHINGTON, July 2 (TNSres) -- The Federal Election Commission issued the following news release on July 1, 2024:
Presidential candidates collected $553 million and disbursed $416 million, Congressional candidates collected $1.8 billion and disbursed $1.2 billion, political parties received $989.5 million and spent $774.8 million, and political action committees (PACs) raised $5.2 billion and spent $4.4 billion, according to campaign finance reports filed with the Federal Election C . . .
