SAN FRANCISCO, California, July 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California issued the following news release on July 1, 2024:
Today, Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Yelovich, Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, announced criminal charges against four defendants in connection with an alleged scheme to defraud federal health care benefit programs including Medicare and Medicaid. . . .
